The Overnight Assistant

While you slept, the work got drafted.

Next practice. The parent recap. Each player’s next step. Drafted overnight from what you actually saw this week — waiting in your inbox for the only thing that matters: your approval.

During the week

You coach. You tap what you see.

A skill showing up, a habit clicking, a game moment worth keeping — seconds per player, logged in the moment. That log is the only fuel the assistant uses: it drafts from what you observed, never from thin air.

Overnight

The assistant does the homework.

It drafts next practice around what your roster actually showed you, writes a parent-safe recap of the last game, and lines up a next step for each player who needs one. Drafts, not decisions — nothing it writes can reach a player or parent on its own.

Over coffee

You approve every word.

Your Coach Inbox says "3 drafts ready" — two minutes of reading. Approve, edit, or set aside. Only what you approve goes anywhere, and everything reads like you wrote it, because you taught it how you talk.

Does the assistant send anything without me?

No. It drafts into your inbox and stops. Nothing reaches a player or parent until you approve it, word for word. Set a draft aside and it quietly goes away.

What does it draft?

Three things today: your next practice plan, a parent-safe recap of the last game (scores and player comparisons stripped by design), and per-player next steps. All built from your own logged observations.

Is this the same as a practice plan generator?

The generator is one piece of it. The overnight assistant runs the whole loop while you sleep — plan, recap, next steps — so the season’s paperwork is waiting for your approval instead of waiting for your evening.
