Terms of Service

The short version

HooperCard helps coaches, players, parents, and trainers work on player development together. By creating an account you agree to use it respectfully, to post only content you have the right to share, and to follow the rules below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use HooperCard

Coaches, trainers, parents, and organization admins must be adults. Players aged 13–17 use the app with a parent or guardian connected. Players under 13 are onboarded only with verifiable parental consent arranged through their coach or organization — they cannot create their own account.

Content and conduct — zero tolerance for objectionable material

HooperCard is used by minors. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or send anything that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexual, exploitative of a minor, or otherwise harmful, and not to impersonate anyone or misrepresent a player’s age.

Every place the app shows content from another person includes a Report control, and you can block a user so you no longer see their content. We review reports and aim to remove violating content and remove or suspend offending accounts within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You grant HooperCard the limited permission needed to store and display your content to the people it’s meant for (a player’s connected coaches, parents, and trainers). Video of a player is shown only on authenticated surfaces and only after the required coach approval and parental video consent — never on a public page.

Payments

Some features and trainer bookings are paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; charges, refunds, and any trainer payouts follow the terms shown at the point of purchase.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app. Deletion removes your ability to sign in and begins erasure of your personal records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
